NeuroSearch A/S announces end of stabilisation period in connection with the rights issue completed November 2009

Copenhagen, 14 December 2009 - With reference to announcement no 57-09 of 11
November 2009 regarding the completion of a rights issue, NeuroSearch hereby
announces that the related stabilisation period expired on 13 December 2009.
The right issue's joint global coordinators and stabilising agents - Danske
Markets (division of Danske Bank A/S) and Handelsbanken Capital Markets
(division of Svenska Handelsbanken AB) - have both informed NeuroSearch that no
stabilisation measures have been taken with regards to the company's shares
during the stabilisation period.
