On the 12th of January 2010 m. AB "Utenos trikota?as" signed the amendments to
the financial lease agreements with AB ?Swedbank lizingas". According to the
amendments 23,6 million LTL worth financial lease obligations has to be repaid
within 5 year period maturing on the 30th of September 2014.
According to the General director of AB "Utenos trikota?as", Mr. Nerijus
Vil?nas, the signed amendments to the financial lease agreements finalised the
reorganization of the group financial obligations. "In November 2009 AB "Utenos
trikota?as" subsidiary Mrija signed amendments to the loan agreements to extend
repayment schedule of 7 million LTL with the final settlement date in October
2012. Convertible bond emissions acquired by the bank and the largest
shareholder mature in January 2015. 23,6 million LTL financial lease obligation
settlement spans over 5 year period to end in September 2014. As such the
company managed to agree on favourable repayment schedules which correspond to
the existing levels of business operations and cash flows and should enhance
liquidity and ensure appropriate working capital requirements for the company.
