Exiqon A/S, traded at NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen ("EXQ"), today announced its full
year 2009 results.

Revenue was DKK 82.2 compared to an expected DKK 80 million, excluding
discontinued business of Oncotech, Inc., (DKK 84.8 million in 2008).

Net loss was DKK 338.8 million (DKK 116.4 million in 2008) including loss from
discontinued operations of Oncotech, Inc. compared to an expected DKK 335
million. Net loss includes a non-cash loss on divestment and impairment of
goodwill of DKK 206 million compared to an estimated DKK 205 million.
