In announcement no. 07-10 of 22 March 2010, NeuroSearch (NEUR) announced the
issue of new shares to the Board of Directors, the Executive Management and
other employees following the exercise of warrants granted in 2005 under the
company's warrant programme. Part of these recently issued shares has
eventually been sold.
