Affitech New Shares Registered

Trans Nova Investments Limited has paid the subscription price of DKK
156,112,206.00

The share capital increase has been registered with the Commerce and Companies
Agency

260,187,010 new shares each of nominal value DKK 0.50 have been issued to Trans
Nova Investments Limited and Trans Nova now owns 53.35% of the new share capital

The new share capital of the Company is now DKK 243,860,769,50 and comprises
487,721,539 voting rights

Affitech A/S, (NASDAQ OMX: AFFI), the antibody medicines company, today
announced that the subscription by Trans Nova Investments Limited of 260,187,010
new shares each of nominal value DKK 0.50 in return for DKK 156,112,206.00 has
been completed and the subscription price received by the Company. As a
consequence, Trans Nova Investments now owns 53.35% of the share capital of the
Company and controls 260,187,010 voting rights.
