NeuroSearch announces that CEO Flemming Pedersen resigns to take up a new position

Copenhagen, 31 May 2010 - NeuroSearch A/S (NEUR) announced today that Chief
Executive Officer Flemming Pedersen has decided to resign from his position at
NeuroSearch to take up a new position in another company. The final date for
Flemming Pedersen's resignation has not yet been determined but will be no
later than 30 November 2010.
The Board of Directors of NeuroSearch will now initiate a process to find a new
CEO who together with the rest of the management team can pursue and further
develop the agreed strategy to sustain the continued growth of the company. To
ensure a smooth transition, Flemming Pedersen will continue to undertake the
daily corporate management until a successor is in place.
Flemming Pedersen has been employed at NeuroSearch for almost ten years and
hereof the last four years in his current position as CEO.
