With reference to Announcement No. 11/2010, Exiqon A/S (NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen:
"EXQ?) is pleased to announce that the capital increase of 3,030,000 new shares
with a nominal value of DKK 1 each was registered with the Danish Commerce and
Companies Agency today.
Following registration of the 3,030,000 new shares with a nominal value of DKK
1 each, the nominal value of the share capital of Exiqon A/S amounts to DKK
33,335,249 divided into 33,335,249 shares with a nominal value of DKK 1 each.
Each share of nominally DKK 1 carries one vote at general meetings in the
Company.
The new shares will be admitted to trading and official listing on NASDAQ OMX
Copenhagen A/S on 1 July 2010 under the same ISIN code as the Company's
existing shares.
Updated articles of association are attached.
