The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has performed a supervisory review
of the Annual Report 2009 of Totalkredit and has identified inadequacies in the
information required under the Danish Financial Business Act, cf the Danish
Executive Order on Financial Reports for Credit Institutions and Investment
Companies, etc. As a consequence, the Company has decided to publish a
supplement to the Annual Report 2009 providing the lacking information.
The information provided in the supplement has no impact on the previously
disclosed profit, equity or capital adequacy of Totalkredit.
