Ventspils nafta publishes non audited consolidated financial statements for 9 months of 2010

On 29 November, 2010 JSC Ventspils nafta (VN) published the non audited
financial statements for 9 months of 2010. Since the financial statements of
JSC Latvijas Kuģniecība (LK) -- the associated company of VN were not available
for 9 months of 2010 when VN financial reports were prepared the effect of LK
results on the holding was provided taking into account the non audited
consolidated LK results available for 6 months of 2010.
After LK published its 9 months of 2010 financial results, VN has updated its
non audited consolidated financial statements for 9 months of 2010, including
the information on LK non audited results for 9 months.
