Exiqon A/S (NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen: “EXQ”) today announced that Danske Bank has
informed the company that Danske Bank, including Danica Pension Livsforsikring
and Danske Fund FPC, owns 2,974,983 shares of DKK 1 each corresponding to a
nominal value of DKK 2,974,983 in Exiqon A/S directly. Danske Bank has informed
the company that it can indirectly influence additional voting rights for
898,083 shares in Exiqon A/S. The rights of Danske Bank correspond to ownership
of 8.92% of the share capital and voting rights of 11.62% in Exiqon A/S.
