Exiqon A/S increases its share capital in connection with exercise of warrants

Exiqon A/S has today 8 December 2011 completed an increase of its share capital
by DKK 67,000, nominal value, as a result of an exercise of warrants. The
increase of the share capital is expected to be registered with the Danish
Commerce and Companies Agency today 8 December 2011. The registered share
capital subsequently amounts to DKK 35,069,026, nominal value, divided into
35,069,026 shares of DKK 1.00, nominal value, each.
The new shares are in accordance with the terms of the warrants exercised
subscribed for without any preemptive rights for the existing shareholders of
the company, and the subscription price was DKK 8.20 per share of DKK 1.00,
nominal value each.
The new shares shall carry a right to any dividend for the financial year 2011
from the time of registration of the capital increase. The new shares are
subject to the same terms as Exiqon A/S' other shares.
The new shares are expected to be admitted for listing on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen
A/S on 13 December 2011.
Following the exercise the number of outstanding warrants is 1,939,434.
