The NeuroSearch A/S (NEUR) financial statements 2011 will be released on
Tuesday 28 February 2012.

On the same day, NeuroSearch will host a telephone conference at 09.30 am
Copenhagen time (08.30 am London time, 03.30 am New York time). CEO Patrik
Dahlen and EVP & CFO René Schneider will participate in the telephone
conference.
