On 13 May 2014 the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Seligson & Co Fund
Management Company Plc has decided that Seligson & Co OMX Helsinki 25 Exchange
Traded Fund UCITS ETF will pay a dividend of 1.26 euros per share to the Fund’s
unit holders.
The ex-date of the dividend payment is 14 May 2014. The record date for the
dividend is 16 May 2014 and the pay date is 23 May 2014.
