The fund rules common for the funds managed by Seligson & Co Fund Management
Company Plc will change on 1 October 2015. The Finnish Financial Supervisory
Authority (FIN-FSA) has approved the new rules on 26 June 2015.
The change concerns the circumstances under which the fund management company
has the right to refuse the subscription of fund units. The change does not
require any action from the unit holders.
The new Fund rules are available on www.seligson.fi and can be requested from
the company. The fund specific rules of Seligson & Co OMX Helsinki 25 Exchange
Traded Fund UCITS ETF remain unchanged.
The semi-annual review of Seligson & Co OMX Helsinki 25 Exchange Traded Fund
UCITS ETF 30 June 2015 has been published. The semi-annual review is available
(only in Finnish) on www.seligson.fi.
