Outokumpu has changed the second-quarter 2016 financial reporting schedule. The
second-quarter interim report will be published on July 26.

During the year 2016 Outokumpu will publish financial information as follows:

The Financial Statements Bulletin 2015: February 11, 2016
The Annual Report 2015: week 10 (starting March 7, 2016)
Interim report, first quarter 2016: April 27, 2016
Interim report, second quarter 2016: July 26, 2016
Interim report, third quarter 2016: November 3, 2016

The 2016 Annual General Meeting is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, April
6, 2016. Outokumpu’s Board of Directors will decide on the summoning of the
Meeting at a later date.
