With effect from Q1 2016 TDC’s financial reporting will reflect the changes
following the new Danish organization and the 2018 strategy announced in
December 2015 and January 2016. The Danish retail business line Consumer was
split in two, YouSee and Online Brands. The Danish customer service functions
were split from Channels into the other business lines. In addition, a number
of other activities were transferred between the business lines.
Financial results will be reported for Consumer, Business, Wholesale, Other
operations, Norway and Sweden. Consumer comprises YouSee and Online Brands. A
restated Fact Sheet with comparative figures for Q1 2014 to Q4 2015 and a
presentation of the changes is therefore now available on TDC's website and
attached this release.
The restatement does not give rise to any changes to the Guidance 2016, which
was announced on 5 February 2016 in connection with the publication of the TDC
Financial Statements 2015.
