LUND, May 31, 2016 — In May 2016, the number of shares in Anoto Group AB
(publ), corporate identity number 556532-3929, has increased by in total
1,066,193,826 new shares, following a rights issue resolved by the Board of
Directors on March 23 and April 25, 2016 and approved by the Extraordinary
General Meeting held on April 27, 2016.
As of May 31, 2016, the share capital of Anoto Group AB amounts to SEK
42,647,753.04, divided into 2,132,387,652 shares. The total number of votes in
Anoto Group AB amounts as of May 31, 2016 to 2,132,387,652 votes.
