Act. Invesco Limited’s total holding in the shares and voting rights of
Outokumpu Oyj fell below 5% threshold and was less than 5% (20,689,119 shares
and votes) on July 1, 2016. Invesco Limited’s earlier total holding in
Outokumpu was 5.01%.

Invesco Limited’s indirect holding through controlled undertakings was on July
1, 2016 below minimum threshold shares and voting rights of Outokumpu Oyj
