Following the agreement to divest TDC Sverige AB (subject to merger control
approval from the EU-Commission), TDC Sverige AB is classified as ‘Discontinued
operations’ in TDC’s consolidated financial statements, effective from the
Interim Financial Report for January-June 2016. Comparative figures in the
income statements and cash flow statements are restated accordingly.
A restated Fact Sheet with the comparative figures for Q1 2014 to Q1 2016 is
therefore now available on TDC’s website and attached to this release. For more
details about the changes, please refer to ‘Changes in excel model’ in the Fact
Sheet.
The restatement does not give rise to any changes to TDC’s updated guidance for
2016, which was announced on 21 June 2016.
