within the management team of the group. The Board of Directors has appointed
James Shannon, previously SVP Software & Chief Architect, to the role of Chief
Operating Officer (COO). Having worked with Anoto technology for over 10 years
and successfully led several teams within Anoto in addition to working closely
with several key partners and customers, James brings strong technical &
commercial skills & experience to this role.

Further management changes include the appointment of country managers across
Anoto’s global presence to improve efficiency and financial reporting.
