Announcement in accordance with Section 2 of the Danish Takeover Order
regarding Nordicom A/S
Park Street Asset Management Limited has today increased its shareholding in
Nordicom A/S to 43.55 % of Nordicom A/S’ share capital and voting rights
thereby triggering a mandatory takeover offer under Danish law.
Accordingly, Park Street Asset Management Limited will disclose its Offer
Document and Offer Announcement within four weeks as of today.
