TDC : TDC achieves license for 4 blocks, each 2x5 MHz, in 1800 MHz auction

Following publication by the Danish Energy Agency of the result of the Danish
1800 MHz auction, TDC A/S hereby announces that the company has achieved a
license for 4 of 13 frequency blocks sold in the auction.
TDC will be subject to the coverage obligations in the group C2, consisting of
712 specific addresses, according to the license rules.
TDC will pay a total amount of DKK 300m for the license, an amount of which 20%
will be paid in 2016 and 10% per year during the subsequent eight years. The
license period is 15 years and commences on 13 June 2017.
The result of the auction does not give rise to any changes to the Guidance for
2016, which was announced on 21 June 2016.
