The following information is based on a press release from Getinge AB (Getinge)
published on October 18, 2016 and may be subject to change.
The board of Getinge will propose that the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)
planned for 2017, resolves in a distribution of shares in Getinges’s Patient &
Post-Acute Care. The conditions are yet to be determined. Provided that the EGM
approves the proposed share distribution, and other regulatory conditions are
fulfilled, NASDAQ Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of
options, forwards and futures in Getinge (GETIB), according to one of the below
alternatives.
