In accordance with section 29 the Danish Securities Trading Act, FCM Holding A/S hereby announces that Matthew Alexander Benham has informed FCM Holding A/S that Matthew Alexander Benham has acquired a total of [13,180,893] shares of DKK 1.00 in FCM Holding A/S and hereafter directly possesses 68.20% of the share capital and voting rights in the company.
