As of today, I have recognized different indicators and circumstances that might indicate a top. For quite a while, it has been the firm conviction of Robert Prechter and his analysts at Elliott Wave International that the previous rally in stocks is a bear market rally.
Considering the extreme valuations and the continued uptrend in unemployment numbers, it seems reasonable to expect some sort of correction at these levels. However, it is the role og markets to make a fool out of as many people as possible, thus, I believe an additional extended leg up is possible.
