Jepp, og idag skjer det enda mer:
Risberg går av som CEO og Dice overtar. Meget fornuftig tror jeg, og det er nok Sector sin beslutning vil jeg tro.
Mark Dice (53) new CEO at Norse Energy Corp
The board of directors at Norse Energy Corp ASA (NEC) has appointed Mark Dice as new CEO of the Company. Prior to his appointment as CEO he was
Chief Operating Officer of NEC and has been with the company since June 2009. He will take over the position as CEO effective immediately.
In addition to his years at Norse Energy, Dice has more than 25 years experience from the oil and gas industry and has held positions as
Exploration Manager, Strategic Planning & Economics Manager and Performance Unit leader in such companies as Amoco and British
Petroleum. Mr. Dice owns 1.000.000 shares in Norse Energy Corp.
Mr. Dice has led the operational team and worked closely with the company CFO and other senior executive team members demonstrating that a
promotion from within is best suited to delivering shareholder value versus a new appointment from outside the organization.
-The Board is pleased that Mr. Dice has accepted the position as CEO of NEC. We are convinced that Mark, with his long experience from within the industry, is the right individual to continue our efforts to build a strong, efficient and profitable company, Dag Erik Rasmussen, Chairman of the Board of NEC, comments.
The Board of Directors will thank Øivind Risberg for founding the Company and his contributions to the company over nearly 20 years. Øivind Risberg will in accordance with his employment contract receive
two years severance pay.
